What are workout tags? How to use them?
Workout tags are a way for you to organize your workout library. They function similarly to folders, where you create a tag and then assign specific workouts to the tag, making it easier to find and assign those specific workouts quickly.
How to create a new tag
There are two ways to create a new tag.
In the workout builder, find and click the tag box in the "Basic Info" card. In the dropdown menu, select 'Add Workout Tag'. A tag creation window will appear. Enter the tag name, choose a color theme, and click 'Create Workout Tag' to successfully create the tag.
Another way to create a workout tag is through the settings. Access the settings from the system menu. Proceed to the 'Tag & Code' section. In this section, you'll find the 'Workout Tags' card. At the top right corner of the card, there's an 'Add' button. Click on it, and a 'Create New Tag' window will pop up. Enter the tag name and select a color theme for the tag.
đź’ˇ You can preview how the tag you are creating will look by using the preview area provided in the creation form.
How to apply tags to workouts
In the workout builder, locate and click the tag box in the "Basic Info" card. From the dropdown menu, select the tags you want to apply to this workout. Selected tags will be displayed in the box. To deselect tags, click on them again, removing them from the tag box. Selected tags will have a check mark at the end of the tag in the dropdown menu.
How to edit or delete tags
You can edit or delete tags in the settings. Access the settings from the system menu. Proceed to the 'Tag & Code' section. In this section, you'll find the 'Workout Tags' card. Within this card, you'll see all the tags related to workouts displayed. Each tag will have an 'Edit' and 'Delete' button.
