How to view info of a workout without opening the workout builder?

In the workout library's list view, you will see the number of exercises, supersets, circuits, the last updated time, origin, and tags.

In the workout library's card view, you will see the number of exercises, supersets, circuits, and sections.

Whether you're in the list view or card view of the workout library, you can simply click on the workout you want to view. This action will open the workout detail window, which contains all the information about that exercise. You can toggle between the overview and detail view by clicking the button located at the bottom left corner of the window. The overview view shows only the exercise names in the sections, while the detail view includes comprehensive sets information, including tracking fields, and offers preview images of exercises within the sections.

Both views provide a summary of the number of sections, exercises, supersets, circuits, and the equipment used in the workout.

The detail view of the workouts can help you identify the workout's components and the equipment involved. This summarized format can significantly save your time and enhance your training experience.

If you want to edit the exercise, simply click the "edit" button at the bottom right corner.
