How to add exercises to workout?
Adding by exercise picker
When you're in the workout builder, take a look at the left section – that's the exercise picker. It's where all the exercises you've created in your library are displayed. Here, you can easily choose the exercises you want to add to your workout.
Three Display Options: A-Z, Recently Used, Frequently Used
There are three ways to organize how your exercises are shown: alphabetically (A-Z), by recently used, and by frequently used. These last two options help you quickly find the exercises you've used recently or often in your workouts. For example, if you frequently include exercises with battling ropes, you can save time by switching to the frequently used view. Just click on the corresponding tabs to toggle between these three views.
Efficient Searching, Sorting and Filtering
You can use the search function by entering keywords related to the exercise you're looking for, and the matching exercises will appear automatically. Additionally, you can sort the workout list by clicking on the sort button, where you can choose to sort by name, focus, equipment, updated, and more. After selecting the sorting condition, you can choose the order (ascending or descending). Furthermore, we've designed a powerful exercise filter with four types: primary focus, equipment, origin, and tags.
Adding Exercises
To add an exercise, simply click on it, and the selected exercise will be automatically added to the end of the workout builder.
Adding within a section
In the top right corner of each section, you'll find an "Add Exercise" button. Clicking this button opens a side window where you can add exercises. Simply select the exercises you want, and they will be added directly to the section.
