i) Biometric

• Includes weight, height, body fat percentage, resting heart rate, and water rate.
• Aligns with the biometric data showcased in the client's profile under the biometric tab.

ii) Circumference

• Encompasses chest, waist, neck, hips, arm, thigh, and calf measurements
• Aligns with the circumference data showcased in the client's profile under the circumference tab.

iii) Journal

Involves progress photos, nutrition photos, and workout videos, aligning with the client's journal.
