What does the schedule's status represent? How does it differ?

Scheduling

There are four statuses for a schedule, which will help you understand the schedule's progress and provide you with better insight into the schedule. Additionally, the status of a schedule will impact the compliance calculation when the schedule includes workouts from clients' assigned programs. The schedule's status will be clearly displayed on the calendar to help you identify the different statuses.

đź’ˇ Each status has a distinct style to aid in visually differentiating schedules.

New:

Upon schedule creation, the schedule status will be automatically set to 'New', indicating that it's a new schedule.

Confirmed:

Once the client and you confirm the feasibility, the schedule status will be changed 'Confirmed'. This indicates that the schedule has been confirmed for the specified time.

Finished:

After the schedule is concluded, after you click "finish",  the status will be changed to 'Finished'. This indicates that you and your clients have completed the schedule.

đź’ˇ If a schedule includes workouts from a client's assigned program, program compliance is counted only when you change the schedule status to ' Finished .' If the status remains anything other than ' Finished ,' the related workouts will be marked as unfinished.

Cancelled:

To cancel a schedule, follow these steps:

  1. Open the schedule detail window.
  2. Navigate to the "Info" tab.
  3. Locate the "..." button and click on it.
  4. From the pop-up options, select "Cancel."
  5. The status of the schedule will automatically be changed to 'Cancelled.'
