When you create a schedule, within the creation form, there is a 'Class' box. By clicking on it, you can select the class you want the schedule to be associated with.

After clicking on the box, an dropdown options will appear. You can use the search bar to help locate the desired class if you have many options in the system. Simply click the class you want to associate , the selected class will automatically be added to the box. For personal-type schedules, the 'Personal Class' type will be displayed in the dropdown options. For group-type schedules, the 'Group Class' type will be displayed.

❗ A schedule can only be associated with one class.

💡 If you link a class with a schedule, your clients can review the terms and conditions of the class through the client app.

❗ Once you have created a schedule, the class association cannot be changed. If you did not associate a class during the initial phase of schedule creation, you will not have the option to do so afterward.
