How to change the status of a schedule?

To change the status of a schedule, follow these steps:

  1. Locate the schedule you wish to update and click on it to open the details page.
  2. If the schedule has a "New" status, a "Confirm" button will appear in the "Info" tab within the schedule detail window. Click "Confirm," and the status will automatically change to "Confirmed."
  3. If the schedule is already in the "Confirmed" status, a "Finish" button will be visible in the "Info" tab of the schedule detail window. Clicking "Finish" will automatically update the schedule status to "Finished."

To cancel a schedule, follow these steps:

  1. Open the schedule detail window.
  2. Navigate to the "Info" tab.
  3. Locate the "..." button and click on it.
  4. From the pop-up options, select "Cancel."
  5. The status of the schedule will automatically be changed to 'Cancelled.'

The current status of the schedule will be displayed in the detail page.

There are a couple of things you need to pay attention to:

  • If you change the status to 'Confirmed', it cannot be reverted back to 'New'.
  • If you change the status to 'Finished', the "finish" button cannot be edited.
  • The 'Cancelled' status can only be changed by clicking the 'Cancel' button.
  • After you click the 'Cancel' button, the status will automatically change to 'Cancelled', and the status can't be edited anymore.
